EGPNL offers a monthly subscription service for server management and control panel access. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your EGPNL subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • Cancellations must be requested before your next billing cycle
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months
  • You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the following guidelines:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with EGPNL within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
  • Technical Issues: If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues preventing normal use, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis
  • Billing Errors: Any duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded in full
  • Subsequent Months: After the initial 7-day period, monthly payments are non-refundable

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed according to Visa and MasterCard policies:

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method (card) used for the original transaction
  • Refunds will NOT be provided in cash
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription:

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was used beyond the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Misuse or abuse of the service
  • Change of mind after the initial 7-day period
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely through Paymob. EGPNL does not store your card details on our servers. Refunds follow Paymob's processing policies and Visa/MasterCard regulations.
