1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EGPNL (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. EGPNL is a server management control panel provided for managing Nginx servers, domains, SSL certificates, and related hosting services.

2. Service Description

EGPNL provides a subscription-based server control panel service that includes:

• Nginx server management and configuration
• Domain and SSL certificate management
• Server monitoring and performance tools
• Database management (MySQL/phpMyAdmin)
• FTP user management
• Backup and automation tools
• Security features and access control

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans: EGPNL is offered as a monthly subscription service. The current subscription fee is displayed on our website.

3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paymob, our authorized payment gateway. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

3.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the next billing date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.

4.3 Acceptable Use: You agree to use EGPNL only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to host, distribute, or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host phishing sites, malware, or other malicious content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5. Service Availability and Support

5.1 Uptime: While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5.2 Support: Subscribers have access to priority email support at [email protected]. We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

5.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Data and Backups

6.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data and content you manage through EGPNL. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6.2 Backup Responsibility: While EGPNL provides backup tools, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss.

6.3 Data Retention: Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data may be retained for up to 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Intellectual Property

EGPNL, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EGPNL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EGPNL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
